Sam Metcalfe, Owner/Head Chef, a graduate from Westminster College and with over 20 years experience, has a pedigree of several top London restaurants including 192, Kensington, The Terrace, Chez Nico, The Groucho Club, L'Escargot, and Pied a Terre. At just 21 he was appointed Head Chef at The Belvedere, Holland Park.
Sam returned to his home soils in 2001 and opened Sevendials Restaurant in central Brighton. In early 2008 he opened Sam's of Brighton in Kemp Town. "I intend to create comfortable and elegant dining spaces with the utmost focus on delicious ever-changing seasonal dishes served by attentive and friendly staff" |
